CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-152 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF WORK DONE ON SANTA RITA ROAD WATER <br /> LINE BY SILVA PIPELINE, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Silva Pipeline, Inc. performed in connection <br /> with Santa Rita Road Water Line has been satisfactorily <br /> completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering has recommended that this <br /> <br /> water line and appurtenances be accepted by the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The work performed by Silva Pipeline, Inc. in con- <br /> <br /> nection with the Santa Rita Road Water Line is <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of <br /> <br /> completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
