MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTAI~)ING <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding made and entered into this 30th day <br /> <br />of June, 1975, by and between the City Manager of the City of Pleasanton, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City", and Assistant to City Manager, herein- <br />after referred to as '~ssistant". <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br />~{EREAS, it is the intent of the parties hereof that this Memorandum of <br /> Understanding be binding as regards City*s obligation, if any, <br /> to pay and Assistant's right, if any, to receive salary a~ fringe <br /> benefits for the Fiscal Year 1975-76, beginning July 1, 1975, and <br /> ending June 30, 1976; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: <br /> I. Term. The term of the agreement shall co~nence on July l, 1975, <br /> <br /> and terminate on June 30, 1976. <br /> <br /> IX. Benefits. Benefits for Fiscal Year 1975-76. Benefits as herein- <br /> after provided shall be paid by City to Aasistant for the pay <br /> period beginning July 1, 1975, and continuing to the same level <br /> at least until June 30, 1976, whereupon such benefits may be re- <br /> evaluated by City. <br /> <br /> 1. Salary. A salary as of the date hereof of $1,600.00 per month. <br /> <br />2. Fringe Benefits. <br /> <br />(a) Health and Welfare benefits to include fully paid medical, <br /> long-term disability, and life insurance. <br /> <br />(b) Two days administrative leave not to be taken in conjunc- <br /> tion with annual vacation and to be reimbursed at the end <br /> of the year if not taken. <br /> <br />(c) Vehicle allowance of $50.O0'per month. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation to be <br />paid at the end of the calendar year provided the current <br />year's vacation accumulation has been useds and provided <br />that the total amount of accumulated vacation is iu excess <br />of twenty (20) days. <br /> <br /> <br />
