CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAmeDA <br /> STATE OF CALIF0~IA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-163 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVIMG A CONTRACT <br />BETI,EEN THE CITY OF PLEAS~NTON AND ALA}~DA COUNTY <br />FOR TRA~iSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY IN <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> <br />i~EREAS, the County of Alameda is receiving funds pursuant to the <br /> State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 from the <br /> <br />Department of the Treasury of the United States as speci- <br />fied in said act; and <br /> <br />WI4~EREAS, <br /> <br />the County desires that certain services be provided by <br />the City of Pleasanton which would have priority under the <br />terms of said act; and <br /> <br />%~EREAS, the City of Pleasanton proposes to use some $14,096.00 for <br /> <br />the purpose of providing transportation for the elderly <br />within the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />Wt{EPZAS, a copy of the proposed contract between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Alameda County was submitted to the City <br /> <br />Council at its meeting of July 28, 1975; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
