CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-187 <br /> <br /> APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 4, to CHALET CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> FOR WORK COMPLETED ON CULTURAL ARTS BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Chalet Construction Company performed in connec- <br /> tion with the Cultural Arts Building has progressed satis- <br /> factorily to the point at which Progress Payment No. 4 is <br /> in order; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $23,710.55 in favor of Chalet Construction <br /> Company in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 4 for work <br /> <br /> performed in connection with the Cultural Arts Building. <br />Section 2.
