CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-186 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF SANTA RITA ROAD PROJECT, BLACK AVENUE <br /> TO AMADOR HIGH SCHOOL, STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> NO. 75-2, AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Work by Gene Caldeira Grading and Paving, Inc. performed <br /> in connection with street improvements on Santa Rita Road <br /> Street Improvement Project No, 75-2 has progressed satis- <br /> factorily to the point at which Final Progress Payment is <br /> in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Street Improvement Project No. 75-2, Santa Rita Road <br /> from Black Avenue to Amador High School, is hereby accep- <br /> ted as complete and the City Clerk is authorized to file <br /> a notice of completion. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $30,883.09 in favor of Gene Caldeira <br /> Grading and Paving, Inc. in satisfaction of Final Payment <br /> for work performed on Street Improvement Project No. 7~2 <br /> <br />Santa Rita Road, Black Avenue to Amador High School. <br />Section 3.
