Section 2. In addition, a special tax levy, pursuant to Section <br />8809 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California <br />in the amount of three cents per one hundred dollars of assessable <br />property is hereby imposed for the purpose of paying installments <br />on assessments or interest thereon which the City has been re- <br />quired to pay under provisions of Section 8809 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California, said sum to be <br />levied within the area of 'the Pleasanton Township County Water <br />District. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4.
