RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT E4ENDING
<br />ASSESSMENT NOS. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 22, 23-B,
<br />24, 25, 26, 27 AND 28-1, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1,
<br />PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP COUNTY .WATER DISTRICT, ALAMEDA
<br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

<br /> WHEREAS, on the 27th day of August, 1975, the Director
<br />
<br />of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, Califor-
<br />nia, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, an Amended
<br />Assessment Amending Assessment Nos. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 22, 23-B,
<br />24, 25, 26, 27 and 28-1 in Assessment District No. 1, Pl~asanton
<br />Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, adopted
<br />by the Board of Directors of the Pleasanton Township County Water
<br />District on the 25th day of April, 1963; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton has duly
<br />given notice by publication in the time, manner and form required
<br />by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for
<br />hearing thereon, which said time was fixed in said notice as the
<br />l~th day of October, ; 1975, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of
<br />said day; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, no appeals or protests against the Amended Assess-
<br />ment have been filed in the time and manner provided by law against
<br />the confirmation of said Amended Assessment;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEP~BY RESOLVED by the City Council
<br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that said
<br />Amended Assessment and the Diagram attached thereto, the proceedings
<br />leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of the Direc-
<br />tor of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton in relation thereto, be,
<br />and the same are hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and the
<br />
