CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-215 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 FOR WORK ON <br /> SLUDGE DRYING BEDS PROJECT #75-4 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Deetz Construction Company performed in <br /> <br /> connection with Sludge Drying Beds Project #75-4 <br /> has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br /> Progress Payment #1 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer by instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $9,553.18 in favor of <br /> Deetz Construction Company in satisfaction of <br /> Progress Payment #1 for the work performed on Sludge <br /> Drying Beds Project #75-4. <br /> <br />Section 2.
