RESOLUTION'NO. 75-210 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74-194, <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING <br />L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> <br />That Resolution of Intention No. <br />No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., <br /> <br />74-194 for Assessment District <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> <br />County, California, adopted by the City Council on the 14th day of <br /> <br />October, 1974, is hereby amended by deleting the following paragraph: <br /> <br />"NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the procedure for <br />collection of assessments and advance retirement of bonds <br />under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 shall be as pro- <br />vided in Part 11.1, Division 10, of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California." <br /> <br />, , , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution Was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 22nd day <br />of September, 1975, by the following vote,to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Herlihy, <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />Councilmembers McLain <br /> <br />LeClaire, <br /> <br />Philcox and Mayor Kinney <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
