WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-208 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF GRAFCO PETROLEUM <br />FROM AN ADVERSE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REGARDING UP-75-24 <br /> <br /> the Planning Commission on August 27, 1975 considered a <br /> request by Grafco Petroleum, owned by Mr. Carl <br /> Graffenstatte, Jr., for a conditional use permit to ex- <br /> pand the gasoline station located at 707 Main Street; and <br /> the Planning Commission, after taking public testimony <br /> and considering the staff report and staff comments, <br /> adopted Resolution No. 75-1366 denying the requested use <br /> permit; and <br /> subsequent to this adverse decision an appeal was filed <br /> with the City Clerk for consideration of the request by <br /> the City Council; and <br /> at its meeting of September 22, 1975 the City Council <br /> held a public hearing to consider the appeal of the <br /> Planning Commission's decision; and <br /> the City Council had before it the staff report sub- <br /> mitted to the Planning Commission~ the minutes of the <br /> Planning Commission meeting Of August 27, 1975, a copy <br /> of Resolution No. 75-1366, and copies of proposed plans <br /> for the site; and <br /> the City Council received a verbal report from the staff <br /> and held a public hearing at which time any and all <br /> persons were allowed to speak and present any evidence <br /> regarding this matter to the attention of the City <br /> Council; and <br /> no witness was denied an opportunity to speak, no <br /> evidence was rejected from being offered, and no new, <br /> <br /> <br />
