WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-205 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FROM MR. MARTIN CONNOLLY <br />OF PLEASANTON FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE ONE <br />HERITAGE TREE FROM 4617 AUGUSTINE STREET. <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II <br /> <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />requires that prior to the removal of any Heritage <br />Tree a permit must be obtained from the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br />The City has approved the removal of one Heritage <br />Tree located at 4617 Augustine Street; and <br /> <br />M~ Martin Connolly made an application to the City <br />for the removal of said tree because about 80 percent <br />of the upper portion of the tree is dead or in poor <br />condition. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> hereby grants permission for the removal of the <br /> Heritage Tree referred to in the report of the <br /> Director of Engineering Services attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
