WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />V~EREAS, <br /> <br />I.~{EREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> year since <br />N~, THEREFORE, THE <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ALAmeDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-258 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR SECOND YEAR <br />FUNDING OF PROJECTS UNDER THE FEDERAL HOUSING AND <br />0D~fMUNITY DEVELOPMZNT ACT <br /> <br />Congress passed the Housing and Community Development Act <br />of 1974; and <br /> <br />Pleasanton is entitled to a federal block grant of <br />$221,536 over the next three years; and <br />it is estimated that the $76,609 will be available to the <br />City during this second year; and <br />to comply with HUD guidelines and to obtain public imput <br />two public hearings were held before the City Council on <br />November 24, 1975 and December 8, 1975; and <br />the projects designated for first year funding have been <br /> <br />recommended to be continued during the second funding <br /> they have not been completed. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution and submittal of an application <br /> for second year funding for projects under the Federal <br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. <br /> <br />Section 2.
