CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-255 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. <br />PLAN CHECKING FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />74-138 RELATING TO <br /> <br /> the City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-138 <br /> (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for <br /> Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Repealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, <br /> 73-126 and 74-101)setting forth fees and charges <br /> for various municipal services; and <br /> Paragraph II,A, of Exhibit A to said resolution <br /> establishes fees for the Building Inspection Division; <br /> and <br /> the Building Inspection Division of the Department <br /> of Housing and Community Development has experienced <br /> a plethora of changes to plans; and <br /> rechecking of plans, recomputing ~uilding and other <br /> fees, and other administrative ta~ks increase admin- <br /> istrative costs to the City for which no compensation <br /> is received; and <br />WHEREAS, the Chief Building Inspector has recommended a charge <br /> of $20.00 per lot each time a change of plan is re- <br /> quested in order to cover City related expenses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Resolution No. 74-138 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br /> and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolutions Nos. <br /> 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101), paragraph <br /> II (Housing and Community Development), subparagraph <br /> <br /> <br />
