WHEREAS, ~EREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, ~IHEREAS, NOW, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 75-248 APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR ASSOCIATION FOR OPERATION OF TENNIS COURTS AT THE YOUNG CALIFORNIA BUILDING the Alameda County Fair Board has caused a new building to be constructed known as the Young California Building; and said building was intended to be used for a tennis prograr with four tennis courts inside said building; and subsequent to attempts to obtain a private entrepreneur to run the facility, consideration was given to a proposal that the City of Pleasanton thru its recreation program lease the facility for recreational tennis purposes; and at its meeting of November 24, 1975, the City Council considered the report dated November 20, 1975 to the City Council from the Recreation Superintendent, a report of November 18, 1975 to the Park and Recreation Cornmission from the Recreation Superintendent, an interim one month agreement of understanding attached to a letter dated November 17, 1975 from Mr. Lee Hall, Secretary-Manager of the Alameda County Fair Association, to Mr. Robert Caporusso, Recreation Superintendent for City of Pleasanto~ and a lease agreement consisting of 10 pages with Exhibit A which provides for a lease of the facility from January l, 1976 thru and including May 1, 1976; and after careful consideration of the aforementioned documents as well as verbal reports at the Council meeting by Alameda County Fair Association representatives and by the Recreation Department, the City Council adopted the fol- lowing action: THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY
