CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-16 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> DONALD J. MYRONUK, Ph.D., FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION ASSESS- <br /> MENT RELATING TO TENTATIVE TRACT ~P NO. 3686 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Company owns certain properties <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> assessment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section <br /> <br />south of Stoneridge Drive and the extension of Stoneridge <br />Drive and west of Interstate 680; and <br /> <br />Stoneson Corporation is desirous of submitting a tenta- <br />tive map on said property for the construction of single <br />family homes provided a change of the existing zoning is <br />approved by the City Council and Planning Commission; and <br />an environmental assessment of the proposed tentative <br />tract is required by the California Environmental Quality <br />Act and State Guidelines implementing said Act; and <br />in order to make an environmental assessment, it is neces- <br />sary to obtain additional information relating to the <br />energy impact of the proposed subdivision; and <br /> <br />Donald J. Myronuk, Ph.D., is qualified to perform said <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />proposed tentative Tract Map No. <br /> <br />1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of that certain <br /> agreement with Donald J. Myronuk, Ph.D. for the purpose <br /> of obtaining an energy conservation assessment on the <br /> <br /> 3686 of Stoneson Devel- <br /> <br />opment Corporation. <br /> <br />Section 2.
