CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-14 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY REFERRED <br /> TO AS CORRAL DRIVE-IN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is the owner of a certain piece of <br /> real property commonly referred to as "Corral Drive-In~', <br /> located at 4895 First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Jay Harris is desirous of leasing said property from <br /> the City of Pleasanton to continue the operation of the <br /> Corral Drive-In at the above location; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of January 26, 1976, <br /> reviewed the proposed lease agreement between the City <br /> and Mr. Jay Harris; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~qTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of a certain lease <br /> agreement with Mr. Jay Harris, relating to property at <br /> <br />4895 First Street, commonly known as "Corral Drive-In." <br />Section 2.
