WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-11 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVING CLAIMS FROM DECEMBER 1, 1975 <br />THRU DECEMBER 31, 1975 IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$358,830~16 <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 26, 1976 a <br />check register was presented to the City Council, <br />signifying checks which were dispensed from December <br />1, 1975 thru December 31, 1975. <br />the claims contained therein were for approved <br />functions of the City which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 9864 thru No. 10260 <br /> and No. 738 thru No. 741 dated from December 1, 1975 <br /> to December 31, 1975 in the totalamount of <br /> $358,830.16 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2.
