CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> HEsoLuTIUN NO. 7 - 3 7 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO. 76-17 <br /> (A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PRECINCT OFFICERS AND DESIGNATING <br /> POLLING PLACES) <br /> <br />~EREAS, pursuant to Elections Code Section 22805, the City Council <br /> appointed precinct officers and designated polling places <br /> <br /> by adopting Resolution No. 76-17 on January 26, 1976,; and <br />WHEREAS, there have been some additions and changes to the precinct <br /> <br />officers and polling places set forth in Exhibit A attached <br />to said resolution and incorporated therein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Exhibit A attached to Resolution 76-17 is hereby deleted <br /> in its entirety and a new Exhibit A attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference listing the precincts and <br /> election officers and designating polling places for the <br /> <br /> upcoming March 2, 1976, Municipal Election is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Resolution No. 76-17 which are not <br /> <br /> modified by this resolution shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
