CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 76-34 A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION 74-138 TO ESTABLISH A FEE FOR PUBLICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-138 (A Resolu- tion Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolu- tions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101) set- ting forth fees and charges for various municipal services; and WHEREAS, Paragraph II, C, of Exhibit A to said resolution estab- lishes fees for the Planning Division of the Department of Community Development; and WHEREAS, the fees established do not reflect the costs involved in publication of Environmental Assessments pursuant to §21100 of the Public Resources Code, the Environmental Guidelines established by the Secretary for Resources and the City of Pleasanton's Guidelines and Processing Pro- cedures, and it is necessary to bring said fees more into line with the costs experienced by the City; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1o Exhibit A to Resolution No. Establishing Fees and Charges 74-138 (A Resolution for Various Municipal Ser- vices of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101), Paragraph I] (Housing and Community Development), subparagraph C (Plan- ning Division), is amended by the addition of sub-subpara- graph 15 as follows: "15. Publication Costs of Environmental Assessments $25.00" Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. February 9, 1976
