WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 76-32 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-138 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101) ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR SPECIAL VENDING PERMITS the City of Pleasanton on July 1, 1974 adopted Resolu- tion No. 74-138 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolution Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101) which established fees and charges for municipal services; and the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, on October 28, 1975, adopted an ordinance. relating to parades and official parade routes; and that ordinance provides for special vending permit to be issued by the Director of Public Safety for roving or walking food vending in the public right of way along the parade route (Section 4-2.1710 of the City of Pleasanton Ordinance Code); and it is the policy of the City Council to exempt nonprofit, charitable or community service organizations from the special vending permit fees; and that ordinance requires applicants for special vending permits to pay a fee designated in the resolution establishing fees and charges for various municipal services; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
