WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-138 (A <br />Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various <br />Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and <br />Repealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 <br />and 74-101) ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR SPECIAL VENDING <br />PERMITS <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton on July 1, 1974 adopted Resolu- <br /> tion No. 74-138 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br /> Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City <br /> of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolution Nos. 71-23, <br /> 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101) which established <br /> fees and charges for municipal services; and <br /> the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, on October <br /> 28, 1975, adopted an ordinance. relating to parades <br /> and official parade routes; and <br /> that ordinance provides for special vending permit to <br /> be issued by the Director of Public Safety for roving <br /> or walking food vending in the public right of way <br /> along the parade route (Section 4-2.1710 of the City <br /> of Pleasanton Ordinance Code); and <br /> it is the policy of the City Council to exempt nonprofit, <br /> charitable or community service organizations from the <br /> special vending permit fees; and <br /> that ordinance requires applicants for special vending <br /> permits to pay a fee designated in the resolution <br /> establishing fees and charges for various municipal <br /> services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. A subsection "F" <br /> to Resolution No. <br /> Fees and Charges <br /> <br />is added to Section V of Exhibit A <br /> <br />74-138 (A Resolution Establishing <br />for Various Municipal Services of the <br /> <br /> <br />
