CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-58 <br />APPROVING APPLICATION OF PAUL BENSON FOR AUTHORIZATION <br />TO REMOVE ONE HERITAGE TREE, A WILLOW, AT 4261 SCHOOL <br />STREET, PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires that <br />prior to the removal of any Heritage Tree a permit must <br />be obtained from the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Paul Benson has made application to the City for approval <br />to remove one Heritage Tree, a 24 inch diameter Willow, <br />located at 4261 School Street, Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of March 15, 1976, <br />considered said application and approved same; <br />THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />ection 1 <br />on 2 <br />ted: <br />The City Council hereby grants permission to Paul <br />Benson to remove the Heritage Tree referred to in the <br />report of the Director of Engineering Services attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />This resolution shall <br />come effective immediately <br />upon its passage and <br />March 15, 1976 <br />n \ ~A _ ,V ~ ~~ RO <br />liam H.
