CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-56 <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM MORRISON <br />HOMES FOR 2.06 ACRES OF LAND FOR PARK <br />PURPOSES <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br />January 14, 1976 from Morrison Homes for a parcel of <br />property approximately 2.06 acres in size for park <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the offer of dedication of a parcel of property <br />approximately 2.06 acres in size for park purposes <br />from Morrison Homes manifested in the Grant Deed dated <br />January 14, 1976 is hereby accepted and the appro- <br />priate City officers instructed to take whatever <br />necessary to implement said acceptance. <br />Section 2.
