CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTIOIQ N0. 76-55 <br />APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR PORTION OF BONDE RESERVOIR SITE <br />WHEREAS, the City acquired in 1955 a parcel of property from <br />Duke T. Bonde and Roselma Bonde for the purpose of con- <br />structing a water reservoir thereon to serve the Pleasan- <br />ton Heights area; and <br />WHEREAS, due to later development in the Vintage Hills area, a <br />larger reservoir had to be constructed and it was neces- <br />sary to change the configuration of the site for said <br />reservoir: and <br />WHEREAS, the change in the configuration resulted in the necessity <br />to quitclaim a portion of the original parcel acquired <br />from Duke T. Bonde and Roselma Bonde: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Quit Claim deed dated March 22, 1976 by which the <br />City would quitclaim to Duke T. Bonde and Roselma Bonde <br />a parcel of property described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto, and as indicated by the shaded area on Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, <br />is approved and the appropriate City officers shall take <br />whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br />Section 2.
