SECTION 4. Mid-block Crosswalks A special need having been determined, the City Council does hereby establish crosswalks at locations between intersections as herein- after described and said crosswalks shall be governed by the provisions of Article 8, Chapter II of Ordinance No. 590. 4a-1 Adams Way, crossing Adams ,Way in front of Valley View School. 4k-1 Kottinger Drive, crossing Kottinger Drive at an angle point approximately 212 feet easterly from Second Street. 4m-1 Main Street, crossing Main Street 210 feet south of the southerly right-of-way line of Bernal Avenue. 4n-1 Nevis Street, crossing Nevis Street approximately 350 feet easterly of Santa Rita Road, and connecting with a walkway from Nevis Street to Alisal School grounds. SECTION 5. No Stopping Zones The streets or portions of streets, within the City Limits, herein- after described are hereby defined and established as No Stopping Zones and shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Article 6, Chapter III of Ordinance No. 590. Sd-1 Division Street, on the north side of Division Street from St. Marys Street to Hopyard Road. 5s-1 Santa Rita Road, on the east side of Santa Rita Road from Stanley Boulevard to Francisco Street. SECTION 6. No Parking Zones The streets or portions of streets, within the City Limits, herein- after described are hereby defined and established as No Parking Zones and shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Article 7, Chapter III of Ordinance No. 590. 6b-1 Black Avenue, on both sides of Black Avenue from Santa Rita Road westerly to 600 feet westerly of Santa Rita Road. 6c-1 Commerce Circle, on both sides of Commerce Circle throughout its entire length. 6d-1 Division Street, on the south side of Division Street from Railroad Avenue to Main Street. 6d-2 Division Street, on the south side of Division Street from Main Street to Pleasanton Avenue. 6d-3 Division Street, on the north side of Division Street from Pleasanton Avenue to St. Marys Street. 6d-4 Division Street, on the southwesterly side of Division Street from Fair Street to the Del Valle bridge. 6f-1 First Street, on the west side of First Street from Spring Street to 100 feet northerly of Spring Street. 6f-2 First Street, on the west side of First Street from Ray Street to 100 feet southerly of Ray Street. 6h-1 Hopyard Road, on the west side of Hopyard Road from Johnson Industrial Drive southerly for 400 feet. 6h-2 Hopyard Road, on the easterly side of F~opyard Road from 400 feet southeasterly of Valley Avenue northerly to Valley Avenue. 6h-3 Hopyard Road, on the easterly side of Hopyard Road from 300 feet southerly from Johnson Industrial Drive northerly to 200 feet northerly of Johnson Industrial Drive. -3-
