<br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS
<br />AND REPEALING RESOLUTION N0. 70-26 (DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING
<br />CERTAIN STREETS AND PARTS OF STREETS IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
<br />AS ONE-WAY STREETS, THROUGH STREETS, STOP INTERSECTIONS, CROSS-
<br />WALKS, NO STOPPING AND NO PARKING AREAS, DIAGONAL PARKING AREAS
<br />AND~LIMITED PARKING AREAS) AND RESOLUTIONS N0.70-205, 71-37,
<br />71-220, 73-89, 73-133, 73-174, 74-167, 74-220, 74-234, 74-235,
<br />74-211, 75-9.
<br />WHEREAS, on February 16, 1970, Ordinance No. 590 of the City of
<br />Pleasanton regu~ting traffic was adopted; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that the City Council shall establish
<br />certain traffic controls by resolution.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 70-26 (Defining and
<br />Establishing Certain Streets and Parts of Streets in the City of
<br />Pleasanton as One-Way Streets, Through Streets, Stop Intersections,
<br />Cross-Walks, No Stopping and No Parking Areas, Diagonal Parking Areas
<br />and Limited Parking Areas) and Resolutions No. 70-205, 71-37, 71-220,
<br />73-89, 73-133, 73-174, 74-167, 74-220, 74-234, 74-235, 74-211, 75-9,
<br />are hereby repealed and the following regulations are hereby adopted
<br />and shall remain in full force and effect until superseded:
<br />SECTION 1. One-Way Streets
<br />The streets or portions of streets, within the City Limits, herein-
<br />after described are hereby established as One-Way Streets and shall
<br />be governed by the provisions of Article 5, Chapter II of Ordinance
<br />No. 590.
<br />ld-1 Division Street, from Pleasanton Avenue westerly to
<br />St. Marys Street, for westbound traffic.
<br />ld-2 Division Street, from Railroad Avenue westerly to
<br />Main Street, for westbound traffic.
<br />is-1 Spring Street, from Main Street easterly to Railroad
<br />Avenue, for eastbound traffic.
<br />SECTION 2. Through Streets
<br />The streets or portions of streets, within the City Limits, herein-
<br />after described are hereby established as Through Streets and shall
<br />be governed by the provisions of Article 6, Chapter II of Ordinance
<br />No. 590.
<br />2b-1 Bernal Avenue, from the westerly side of Pleasanton Avenue
<br />to First Street, excluding the intersection of First Street.
<br />2b-2 Black Avenue, from Hopyard Road to Santa Rita Road exclud-
<br />ing the intersections with Hopyard Road and Santa Rita Road.
<br />2f-1 First Street, from Sunol Boulevard to Stanley Boulevard.
<br />2f-2 Foothill Road, from State Highway Route 580 to Verona Road.
<br />2h-1 Ho and Road, from State Highway Route 580 to the Arroyo
<br />De Val e.
<br />2m-1 Main Street, from Arroyo Del Valle southerly to Southern
<br />Pacific Company right-of-way.
<br />2p-1 Pleasanton Avenue, from Bernal Avenue to St. Marys Street,
<br />exclu ing the intersections with Bernal Avenue and St.
<br />Marys Street.
<br />2s-1 Santa Rita Road, from Tassajara Road to the Arroyo Del Valle.
<br />2s-2 Stoners ~e Drive, from Foothill Road to Hopyard Road exclud-
<br />ing the intersections with Foothill Road and Hopyard Road.
