CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-76 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF VAL VISTA PARK TOT LOT <br />AND PICNIC AREA. <br />WHEREAS, Plans and Specifications have been prepared and <br />recommended for the construction of Val Vista Park Tot <br />Lot and Picnic Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its regular meeting of April 12, <br />1976, granted permission to have this project advertised) <br />for bid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Plans and Specifications for the construction) <br />of Val Vista Park Tot Lot and Picnic Area be approved <br />and accepted and the appropriate City Officers <br />instructed to solicit bids consistent with the require- <br />ments of the Government Code. <br />Section 2 <br />DATED: <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adopt <br />April 12, 1976 <br />r..~~,...,.., <br />ATTEST: <br />f <br />William H.
