CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-75 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT #3 <br />FOR WORK ON WALNUT GROVE PARK <br />WHEREAS, work by R.E.G., Inc. performed in connection with <br />Walnut Grove Park has progressed satisfactorily to the <br />point at which Progress Payment #3 is in order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer by instructed to prepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $3,123.87 in favor <br />of R.E.G., Inc, in satisfaction of Progress Payment #3 <br />for the work performed on Walnut Grove Park. <br />Section 2.
