CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-74 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT #2 <br />FOR WORK ON HANSEN PARK <br />WHEREAS, work by R. E. G., Inc. performed in connection <br />with Hansen Park, has progressed satisfactorily <br />to the point at which Progress Payment #2 is in <br />order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to pre- <br />pare a warrant in the amount of $3,600.40 in <br />favor of R.E.G. Inc. in satisfaction of Progress <br />Payment #2 for the work performed on Hansen <br />Park. <br />Section 2.
