CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-73 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />FOR WORK ON SIGNALIZATION AT JOHNSON <br />DRIVE AND HOPYARD ROAD <br />WHEREAS, work by C. V. E., performed in connection with <br />signalization at Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road, <br />has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br />Final Progress Payment is in order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to pre- <br />pare a warrant in the amount of $27,273.15 in <br />favor of C.V.E., Inc. in satisfaction of Final <br />Progress Payment for the work performed on <br />signalization at Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road. <br />Section 2.
