CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-72 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HIGH- <br />WAY PATROL <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Pleasanton <br />desires from time to time to participate in certain <br />training programs sponsored and administered by the <br />California Department of Highway Patrol; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway Patrol <br />requires certain training agreements from any agency <br />participating in their programs; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2. <br />DATED: <br />ATTEST: <br />z- <br />William H.
