CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-62 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER THE <br />FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 75-33, adopted on <br />February 24, 1975, approved the Federal-Aid Urban System <br />and the urban boundaries depicted on the maps attached <br />as Exhibit "A" to said resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering Services has recommended <br />a revised list of projects to be completed in Pleasanton': <br />three-year Federal-Aid Urban System program funded under <br />the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23 United States <br />Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the following projects to be completed in <br />the City of Pleasanton three-year Federal-Aid Urban <br />System to be funded under the provisions of Section <br />142 of Title 23 United States Code: <br />Fnrr F„n~a~ <br />(A) The installation of a signal light <br />at the corner of First Street and <br />Neal Street. Estimate $ 41,500. <br />(B) Construction of intersection and <br />signalization of Valley Avenue and <br />Santa Rita Road. Estimate 124,000. <br />(C) Construction of a pedestrian <br />overcrossing over Route I-680 <br />at West Las Positas Boulevard 270,000. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />1 <br />
