CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-90 <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THREE GRANT DEEDS DATED APRIL 19, 1976 <br />FROM BERATLI5-BYRD ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR STREET RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY AND A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from <br />Beratlis-Byrd Enterprises, Inc. of a public service <br />easement and street right-of-way as shown on Parcel <br />Map 1930 on file in Alameda County Recorder's office; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of April 26, 1976 <br />received a report from the Director of Engineering <br />Services indicating that the acceptance of this dedi- <br />cation is in the public interest; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication from Beratlis-Byrd Enter- <br />prises, Inc. manifested in the Grant Deed dated April <br />19, 1976 is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br />officers instructed to take whatever action necessary <br />to implement said acceptance. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON APRIL 26, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br />Mayor <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Boris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED A5 TO FORM: <br />1~G R13G lrl• ~. • .+r <br />City Attorney <br />
