CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-81 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT OF THE <br />COUNTY FAIR BOARD RELATING TO THE 1976 FAIR PARADE <br />WHEREAS, the 1976 Alameda County Fair Parade is being sponsored <br />by the Pleasanton Bicentennial Committee and the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Fair Board is desirous of making a monetary <br />contribution in the sum of $2,500 toward the expenses <br />incurred by the Pleasanton Bicentennial Committee and <br />the City of Pleasanton in the presentation of the afore- <br />said parade; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of April 12, 1976, <br />considered a draft agreement for services relating to <br />the presentation of said parade and the contribution of <br />$2,500 by the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Associa- <br />tion. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
