CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-120 <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM FORREST A. AND MARGUERITE <br />ADAMS FOR AN EIGHT FOOT WIDE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated April 13, <br />1976 from Forrest A. and Marguerite Adams for an eight <br />foot wide public service easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a report from the <br />Director of Engineering Services dated May 19, 1976 <br />recommending the acceptance of this easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this dedica- <br />tion is in conformance with the General Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Forrest A. and <br />Marguerite Adams manifested in the Grant Deed dated <br />April 13, 1976 for an eight foot wide public service <br />easement is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br />officers instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br />implement said acceptance. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING OF MAY 24, 1976 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />.
