CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-116 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT TRACT 3344, HERITAGE VALLEY,UNIT 2 WITH <br />MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes Corporation is in the process of be- <br />ginning development of Tract 3344, Heritage Valley, <br />Unit 2 in Pleasanton, California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the State's Subdivision Map Act and pro- <br />visions of Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton, it is necessary to enter <br />in to a subdivision agreement relating to the above <br />tract; and <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement was prepared and submitted to the City <br />Council for consideration at its meeting of May 17, <br />1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Subdivision <br />Agreement for Tract No. 3344, Heritage Valley, Unit 2 <br />Pleasanton, California said Agreement previously hav- <br />ing been signed by Morrison Homes Corporation. <br />Section 2.
