CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-114 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />RAY STREET OVERLAY - PROJECT N0. 76-3, STREET IMPROVEMENTS, <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering Services by memorandum <br />dated May 5, 1976, advised the City Council that <br />plans and specifications had been completed for Ray <br />Street overlay (Project 76-3) street improvements; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering Services provided the <br />City Council plans illustrating the improvements to <br />be constructed on Ray Street between the east line <br />of Main Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed said plans; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for an over- <br />lay of 1 1/2 inch street paving on Ray Street (Pro- <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br />DATED: <br />ject 76-3) between the east line of Main Street and <br />Southern Pacific Railroad tracks. <br />Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br />This resolution shall <br />upon its passage and ado <br />May 10, 1976 <br />effective immediately <br /> <br />.
