CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-109 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM JAMIESON AS A <br />MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR A FOUR- <br />YEAR TERM. <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the names of various in- <br />dividuals who are interested in serving on the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council has evaluated their <br />qualifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Mr. William Jamieson, 875 Bonde Court, Pleasanton, <br />California, is hereby appointed to the Planning Com- <br />mission to serve a four-year term, which will terminate <br />on May 5, 1980. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON MAY 10, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br />Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: Councilmember - Brandes <br />
