CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 7fi-108 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO R.E.G., <br />INC. FOR WORK ON HANSEN PARK PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, work by R. E. G., Inc. performed in connection with <br />Hansen Park, Phase II, has progressed satisfactorily <br />to the point at which Final Progress Payment is in <br />order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED A5 FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer by instructed to prepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $9,407.40 in favor of <br />R.E.G., Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress Pay- <br />ment for the work performed on Hansen Park, Phase II. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of com- <br />pletion. <br />Section 3.
