CITY OF PLEASAN',.~N <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-102 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR5. BEVERLY MONTGOMERY, BLDG. 34, <br />APT. 3, KOMANDORSKI VILLAGE, AS THE TENANT REPRESENTATIVE <br />REPRESENTING KOMANDORSKI VILLAGE ON THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR A TERM OF FOUR YEARS, SAID TERM <br />ENDING MAY 1, 1980 <br />WHEREAS, Section 34130 of the Health and Safety Code has been <br />amended to require that two commissioners of the Housing <br />Authority be tenants of the Housing Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of March 9, 1976, <br />adopted Ordinance No. 779, increasing the Pleasanton <br />Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to seven (7) <br />commissioners and requiring that two of said commission- <br />ers and requiring that two of said commissioners be <br />tenants. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Council hereby appoints Mrs. Beverly Montogomery, <br />Building 34, Apartment 3, Komandorski Village, as the <br />tenant representative representing Komandorski Village <br />on the Housing Authority Board for a term of four years, <br />said term ending May 1, 1980. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THI5 RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON MAY 3, 1976, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE; <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor <br />Philcox n <br />NOES: Councilmember LeClaire <br />ABSENT: None ~ -~- ,- _~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Approved as to Form: <br />City Attorney <br />By Doris Georqe, Deputy City Clerk <br />
