CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STAVE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-156 <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3184, <br />HERITAGE VALLEY, UNIT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />3184, Heritage Valley, Unit No. 1 has been completed, <br />and a maintenance bond has been filed; and <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Engineering Services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the public improvements installed in Tract No. <br />3184, Heritage Valley, Unit No. 1, are accepted and <br />the City Clerk shall file a notice of completion. <br />Section 2.
