CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-179 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />THE CULTURAL ARTS CENTER, STATE PROJECT #01-0014 <br />WHEREAS, work by Valley Crest Landscape, Inc., performed in <br />connection with the Cultural Arts Center landscape <br />improvements State Project #01-0014 has progressed <br />satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progress <br />Payment is in order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $9,784.80 in favor of Valley <br />Crest Landscape, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br />Payment for the work performed on the Cultural Arts <br />Center, State Project #01-0014. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br />Completion. <br />Section 3.
