CITY OF PLEASANTUN <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-178 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON VAL <br />VISTA PARK TOT LOT AND PICNIC AREA, STATE PROJECT <br />#01-0015 <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br />Mayor Philcox <br />WHEREAS, work by Pacific Landscape, Inc., performed in connection <br />with the Val Vista Park Tot Lot and Picnic Area, State <br />Project #O1-0015 has progressed satisfactorily to the <br />point at which Final Progress Payment is in order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $5,711.49 in favor of Pacific <br />Landscape, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br />Payment for the work performed on the Val Vista Park <br />Tot Lot and Picnic Area, State Project #01-0015. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br />Completion. <br />Section 3.
