CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-165 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARY AND FRINGE <br />BENEFITS FOR THE CITY MANAGER FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1976-77, AND AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on May 24, 1976, by Resolution No. 76-124, approved <br />the City Manager's proposed Budget for the 1976-77 Fiscal Year; and <br />WHEREAS, the Budget as adopted did not reflect a salary increase for the City <br />Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, said increase shall be computed as of July 1, 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Manager's Budget for Fiscal Year 1976-77 is amended by <br />the increase in the City Manager's salary to $2,730.00 <br />per month. <br />Section 2. The City Manager shall be entitled to the following fringe <br />benefits for Fiscal Year 1976-77: <br />a) Health and welfare benefits to include fully paid medical. <br />b) Two days administrative leave not to be taken in conjunction <br />with annual vacation and to be reimbursed at the end of the <br />year if not taken. <br />c) Unrestricted use of vehicle provided by the City, provided <br />that the City Manager shall pay for gasoline related to <br />personal use thereof. <br />d) Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation to be paid <br />at the end of the calendar year provided the current year's <br />vacation accumulation has been used and provided that the <br />total amount of accumulated vacation is in excess of twenty <br />(20) days. <br />
