CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-162 <br />RE: REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR DEEP WATER <br />POOL AT AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK TO GEREMIA <br />POOLS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared plans and specifications for the <br />Deep Water Pool State Project No. 01-0013 at Amador <br />Valley Community Park; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code No. 37900, et seq., the <br />City Engineering Services Deparment advertised for <br />bids regarding this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Geremia Pools, Inc. was the lowest respon- <br />Bible bid. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The bid of Geremia Pools, Inc. in the amount of <br />$100,109.00 for the construction of a 40'x60' Deep <br />Water Pool State Project No. 01-0013 at Amador Valley <br />Community Park, is hereby accepted by City Council <br />as the lowest responsible bid. <br />Section 2. The City is authorized to enter into a contract <br />with Geremia Pools, Inc. for the improvements speci- <br />fied above. <br />Section 3.
