CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 00-015 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO <br /> PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 2000, the City Council received a staff report from the <br /> Director of Public Works (SR 00:040) regarding a request to grant an easement to <br /> PG&E on a City-owned parking lot on Peters Avenue in order to install an <br /> electrical service line to the property at 641 Main Street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Authorizes the City Manager to sign and the City Clerk to record an easement to <br />PG&E in order that PG&E may install a service line, not to exceed 218 volts, to <br />the property at 641 Main Street, the location of the proposed easement is depicted <br />on the attached exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 7, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> <br />Michael H.
