CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-030 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF GARCIA/WAGNER AND <br />ASSOCIATES (REPRESENTING PACIFIC BELL) AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-82-19-6M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 21, 2000, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of Garcia/Wagner and Associates (representing <br />Pacific Bell) for a PUD major modification to allow the following: (1) the <br />construction of a new one-story administrative office building which is proposed to <br />be approximately 4,000 sq. ft. in size and 19 feet in height (including the roof <br />equipment screen); (2) the construction of approximately 36 new parking stalls; <br />and (3) new landscaping and modifications to the existing landscaping on the site <br />located at 7240 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 3, 2000, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
