CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-199 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> HIGHLAND OAKS METERING FACILITY PROJECT NO. 76-6 AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br /> August 18, 1976, advised the City Council that plans and <br /> specifications had been completed by Brown and Caldwell <br /> for the Highland Oaks metering facility, Project No. 76-6, <br /> <br />and that said plans had been reviewed by staff; and <br />~MEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of August 23, 1976, <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering Ser- <br /> <br /> vices dated August 18, 1976, relating to this project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the Highland <br /> Oaks metering facility, Project No. 76-6, prepared by <br /> Brown and Caldwell, which includes installation of a flow <br /> meter in the existing sewer line to Valley Community <br /> Services District and the installation of an automatic <br /> flushing system with an estimated cost of $50,000 for <br /> <br /> said project. <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br />Section 3.
