E a~ lty Clerk <br />By Doris <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CASE <br /> BACKHOE TRACTOR OWNED BY THE CITY AND USED BY THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF FIELD SERVICES <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 23, 1976, <br />received a report from the Assistant City Manager that <br />the 16-year-old Case Backhoe Tractor owned by the City <br />was in need of replacement;and <br />the Assistant City Manager has recon~ended the purchase <br />a demonstration model in good condition, an MF-40 Massey <br />Ferguson Diesel Tractor with loader an~ bucket for the <br />approximate price of $13,000, to replace the existing <br />piece of equipment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the purchase of a used demonstration model <br /> Backhoe Tractor, an MF-40 Massey Ferguson Diesel with <br /> <br /> loader and bucket, for the approximate price of $13:000. <br />Section 2.
