WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-196 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 74-138 PZLATING TO APPEAL FEES FOR PLAN- <br /> NING DIVISION MATTERS <br /> <br /> the City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-138 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various <br /> Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and Re- <br /> pealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 <br /> and 74-101) setting forth fees and charges for various <br /> municipal services; and <br /> <br /> Paragraph II, C. of Exhibit A to said resolution es- <br /> tablishes fees for the Planning Division of the De- <br /> partment of Community Development; and <br /> the fees for appeals of Planning Division matters do <br /> not reflect the costs involved in handling such appeals <br /> and it is necessary to bring said fees more into line <br /> with the cost experienced by the City. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Exhibit A to Resolution No. <br /> <br /> Establishing Fees and Charges <br /> <br /> 74-138 (A Resolution <br />for Various Municipal <br />Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing <br />Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and <br />74-101), Paragraph II (Housing and Community Develop- <br />ment), subparagraph C (Planning Division), is amended <br />by revision to sub-subparagraph 13 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "13. Appeals -Twenty-Five per cent (25%)of the fee for <br />the item being appealed with a maximum fee not to <br />exceed Twenty-five and no/100ths dollars ($25.00)." <br /> <br /> <br />
