WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-195 / <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO. 74-138 <br />RELATING TO FEES FOR VARIANCES, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS <br />AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br /> <br />The City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-138 (A Resolu- <br />tion Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal <br />Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolu- <br />tions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101) <br />setting forth fees and charges for various municipal <br />services;and <br /> <br />Paragraph II, C, of Exhibit A to said resolution estab- <br />lishes fees for the Planning Division of the Department <br />of Community Development; and <br />the fees for variances, General Plan amendments and con- <br />ditional use permits are in need of revision in order to <br />bring them into line with the costs experienced by the <br />City for handling such requests; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
